【摘要】 以辣根过氧化物酶标记抗IBDV单克隆抗体(5A6-HRP) ,利用快速ELISA法检测鸡传染性法氏囊病毒 ,野毒攻击的SPF鸡法氏囊、肝、脾及肾中均检出IBDV ,以法氏囊含毒量最高 ;不同批次TCID50为10 -5.5/0.1mml左右的细胞适应毒OD450在0.7～0.8之间 ,表明本法具有良好的稳定性和可重复性 ,具有特异、敏感、便捷的特点更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the wide use of vaccines took IBD under control to some extent.However,in IBD contaminative regions,especially where chicken farms are densely distributed,IBD breaks out from time to time.Quick ELISA method based on anti-IBDV monoclonal antibody is specific,sensitive,quick,simple and easy to understand and it has a capacious future in climic diagnose and in biologicals titer determination.更多还原
