【摘要】 目的 对上尿路梗阻引起的急性爆发性肾盂肾炎感染休克的诊断、治疗、预防加以临床分析。方法 提出抗感染、休克，纠正酸碱及水电解质平衡失调，急诊肾盂造瘘等。结果 死亡 1例，治愈 6例。结论 强调早期正确诊断，及时肾造瘘是有效抢救措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuses the diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of acute fulminating pyelonephritis infective shock (AEPIS) caused by upper urinary tract obstruction. Methods 7 cases pf AFPIS were treated with anti－ infection and anti－ shock to correct the acidbase imbalance, water－ electrolyte imbalance and pyelostomy.
