【Abstract】 With urban modernization process accelerated and economy promoted rapidly, there is a great improvement of transportation on both quantity and type. Thus, the negative effect of the scale, quantity and quality of traditional city car park becomes more and more obvious. Only when car park, urban planning, transportation and environmental aesthetics are organized organically and coordinately together, can the green static transport equipment with local characteristics and good circumstance be created.
