模具钢质锻模的液态模锻试验

【摘要】 将液态模锻技术应用于生产模具钢质锻模，是东风汽车公司“九五”规划中的一项课题。课题组利用实验条件压制小于Φ200mm的小型齿轮坯锻模，业已获得初步成功。本文对四年工艺试验进行初步总结和分析。

【Abstract】 Forging die can be manufactured by methods of liquid die forging, and the wheel forging die(Φ <200mm) has been made by this process. In this paper, the process experiment is summarized, and the product isanalyzed.
