【摘要】 为观察左归双降方对血压和糖代谢的影响 ,以手术致大鼠双侧肾动脉狭窄、小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射及喂饲高热量饲料造成实验性糖尿病合并高血压模型。结果显示 :左归双降方治疗给药 30d后具有降低实验大鼠血糖及改善糖耐量异常的作用 ,而对实验大鼠血压升高则具有抑制作用。从而表明以阴阳互济法立法组方的左归双降方对糖尿病性高血压具有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental rats with diabeitc hypertension were made by applying surgery for making stenosis of the bilateral nephritic artery,small dose of abdominal injeced streptozotocin(STZ)and high caloric food.Results:After 30 days of ZGSJF ,s therapy,the rats ,blood sugar was decreased ,the abnormal sugar toleration was improved and the blood pressure was suppressed .It showed that ZGSJF based on the traditional Chinese theory of intersupport between Yin and Yang had effect in treating diabetic hypertension.更多还原
