【摘要】 为了探讨健康人不同部位光电血管容积图参数的正常参考值 ,应用“BC 4型”定量式光电血管容积仪对健康受检者两侧面颊、舌背尖部、两手无名指甲床、两手寸口脉 (桡动脉 )关部分别进行检测及分析。结果表明 ,不同部位中反映心脏搏动的时间指标脉动周期 (Tag)、速射时间 (Tab)、心缩时间 (Tae)、缓降时间 (Teg)和反映心脏功能的心肌收缩时间 (Tab/Tag)、心搏输出时间 ([Tae Tab]/Tag)、心搏速率系数 (Tae/Tag)完全一致 ,而反映血管状态、血流状态的波幅 (He)、角度 (ANbag、ANabc)、面积 (Aae、Aeg、Aag)及其比值指标 (Hb/Tab、1/ 2 [Hb+Hd]/Tae)则因部位改变而测值不同。提示光电血管容积图能较好地反映心脏血管系统的功能和血液的状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyse the reference value of photoplethysmogram on different position of normal adults.the photoplethysmogram of the cheeks,linguales,nail matrixes of ring fingers and cunkou(radial artery)of normal adults with “BC-4”photoplethysmograph were examined and analysed.The results showed that the indexes of time reflecting cardiac pulsation(Tag,Tab,Tac,Teg)and the specific value reflecting cardiac function(Tab/Tag,[Tae-Tab]/Tag,Tae/Tag)on different position were consistent.The indexes of height(He),angle(ANbag,Anabc),area(Aae,Aeg,Aag)and specific value(Hb/Tab,1/2[Hb+Hd]/Tae)varied according to different positions of bloodflows.It suggested that photoplethysmogram could reflect the angiocardiopathy function and blood candition.更多还原
