硕苞蔷薇化学成分对抗吗啡戒断症状的实验研究

【摘要】 为研究硕苞蔷薇3种化学成分RBa、RBb、RBc对抗吗啡成瘾小鼠戒断症状的作用,以筛选出有效化学 成分,并对其身体依赖性作出评价。结果表明,RBa能明显对抗吗啡成瘾小鼠由纳络酮催促的跳跃反应,与模型组 比较,跳跃次数明显减少(P<0.01),跳跃率明显下降(P<0.01),而RBb、RBc 跳跃次数和跳跃率均无明显差异 (P>0.05);且RBa能明显提高小鼠痛阈值,减少扭体反应次数,与生理盐水组比较均有极显著差异(P<0.01), 但作用比吗啡弱(P<0.01)。同时小鼠竖尾实验亦证明RBa本身无成瘾性。

【Abstract】 The effects of 3 kinds of chemical compounds of Rosa bracteata Wendl. RBa.RBb.RBc against morphine withdrawal syndromes in mice were studied and the effective chemical compound and its physiological dependence were cribrated and evaluated. The results showed that, RBa could obviously antagonist the jumping reaction of morphine abusing mice after i. p naloxone to urge the addiction; compared with the control group,RBa reduced jumping times and jumping rate(P<O.01 ),while RBb and RBc had no obviously differentiation (P> 0. 05), RBa could also increase the pain threshold, reduce the times of turning - around reaction(P<O. 01 )and had no physiological dependence. But it was less potential to morphine (P<0. 01 ).
