【摘要】 目的 :探讨CT导引下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术、适应证的选择及临床应用价值。方法 :通过对 10 8例肺部病变病人进行CT扫描确定穿刺平面及穿刺路径 (即定位 ) ,局麻后进针 ,操作过程中CT监视穿刺针的走向 ,达预定位置后取材送病理检查。结果 :10 8例病人穿刺活检后 99例确定病理诊断 ,9例未见瘤细胞 ,未能作细胞学分类 ,阳性诊断率 92 % ,并发症少且轻。结论 :CT导引下经皮肺穿定位准确 ,安全可靠 ,操作简便 ,阳性诊断率高 ,可得到明确的病理诊断 ,尤其对较小病灶更显其优越。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects of CT guided biopsy of pulmonary in clinical treatment, and discuss the technique involved. Methods: One hundred and eight patients underwent percutaneous biopsy of pulmonary lesions under CT guidance. Results: Ninety-nine of one hundred and eight patients had definitive pathologic diagnosis, the accuracy of biopsy was 92%. The complications were rare and not serious. Conclusion: CT guided biopsy of pulmonary is safe and effective, with rare complications, providing important information for clinical treatment.更多还原
