不同剂量滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能及血脂的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察不同剂量的滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病大鼠肾脏功能及血脂的影响,并探讨其机理。方法:随机分组大鼠糖尿病模型,再给予不同剂量的滋阴益气活血复方,并观察血糖、尿量、血 Cr、 ALB、尿β 2MG等指标。结果:滋阴益气活血复方能有效地降低血 Cr、β 2MG的排泄量,升高血 ALB含量,使血清中 TG、 TC的高状态得到改善( P <0.05)。加大滋阴益气药物剂量的复方与常规剂量复方相比较,其治疗效果并无显著性差异,降TG效果明显低于常规剂量组。结论:滋阴益气活血复方对糖尿病有一定的防治作用,加大滋阴益气药物剂量进行短期治疗,并不能有效地增强疗效。

【Abstract】 Objection: To observe the effect of different doses of yin nourishing qi invigorating and blood circulating promoting(YQB) composite on renal function and blood- lipid of rats with diabetic nephropathy, and discuss its mechanisms. Method: The rat models of diabetic nephropathy were grouped randomly and administered different doses of YQB composite, and observed the indexes of blood sugar、 urine volume、 blood creatinine、 ALB、 urineβ 2MG and so on. Result: Yin nourishing qi invigorating and blood circulation promoting composite can effectively decrease Cr and the excretory volume ofβ 2MG, increase the content of blood ALB, and improve the high situation of TG、 TC in blood serum (p<0.05).Compared with routine doses of composite,the effect of the bigger one in decreasing TG is obviously lower,and its curative effect hasn’t markedly difference.Conclusion:The YQB composite has certain preventing and curing effect on diabetic nephropathy,and it hasn’t effectively curative effect during a short cure even increase the dose of YQB drugs.
