【摘要】 目的 :考察双藤慢肝胶囊治疗慢性肝炎及其对血清生理氨基酸比值的影响。方法 :选取符合诊断标准的慢性肝炎病例191例 ,随机分为治疗组100例、对照组91例 ,两组均予一般护肝降酶治疗 ,治疗组另给予双藤慢肝胶囊治疗。结果 :治疗组总有效率83 % ,对照组48.26 % ;治疗组治疗后BCAA/AAA比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01) ;治疗组治疗后各型的血清白蛋白和球蛋白与对照组比较亦有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 :双藤慢肝胶囊可通过提高BCAA/AAA比值及血清白蛋白、降低球蛋白而治疗慢性肝炎 ,恢复肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To observe shuangteng mangan capsule in treating chronic hepatic and its effect on the rate of normal amino acid in serum. Method: 191 patients with chronic hepatitis coinciding the medical standard, were randomly divided into two groups, 100 patients in treatment group、91 patients in control group. The two groups all were treated with normal decreasing enzyme to protect liver, besides this, the treated group were treated with shuangteng mangan capsule. Result: The total efficiency of the treatment group is 83%, but 48.26% in control group .In the treatment group after treatment, the rate of BCAA/AAA is obvious higher than that of in control group (P<0.01); The different patterns of albumin and globulin in serum all have a marked difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: All above—mentioned results suggest shuangteng mangan capsule can treat chronic hepatic and recover the liver function by increasing the BCAA/AAA ratio and the serum albumin、decreasing the serum globulin.更多还原
