【摘要】 目的了解长沙地区中枢神经系统 (CNS)肿瘤的发生特点及其临床病理特征。方法用常规方法分析了 12年间手术切除的 3 342例CNS肿瘤的构成及临床病理特点。结果CNS原发性上皮类肿瘤 (A组 ) 9种 ,2 35 0例 ,占总数的 70 .32 % ;其他类 (B组 ) 8种 ,6 6 3例 ,占 19.84% ;转移瘤 (C组 ) 12种 ,195例 ,占 5 .83 %和瘤样病变(D组 ) 5种 ,134例 ,占 4.0 1%。四组中最为常见的分别是星形胶质细胞瘤 (占A组的 46 .47% ) ,脑膜瘤 (占B组的 34.99% ) ,支气管肺癌 (占C组的 5 1.79% )和脑血管畸形 (占D组的 71.6 4% )。四组患者在年龄与性别比上有不同特点 ;B组年龄最高 ,平均为 42 .6 2岁 ,且转移瘤在颅内与椎管内的比值为 1.5 :1,分别占全部病例的 3 .5 % (117例 )和 2 .3 % (78例 )。结论长沙地区CNS肿瘤其病变构成与国外相比无明显地域差异 ,与国内报道的资料存在不同程度的相似性更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the developmental and clinicopathological characteistics of neoplasms in central nervous system(CNS) within Changsha district. Methods Routine methods were utilized to analyze the composition and clinicopathological features of 3342 cases of neoplasm which were surgically resected during a period of 12 years. Results 2 350 cases(70.32%) were 9 types of primary epithelial tumors(group A); 663 cases(19.87%) were 8 types of other primary tumors(group B); 195 cases(5.83%) were 12 types of metastatic tumors(group C); 134 cases(4.01%) had 5 types of tumor-like lesions(group D). Of the four groups, the most common being astrocytoma, accounting for 46.47% of group A; meningioma, accounting for 34.99% of group B; bronchopulmonary carcinoma, accounting for 51.79% of group C, and deformity of brain blood vessels(71.64% of group D), respectively. These patients showed different features of age/sex ratio: ages in group B were the eldest, with an average of 42.62 years old. The proportion of metastatic tumors in cranium and spinal cord was 1.5:1, accounting for 3.5%(117 cases) and 2.3%(78 cases) of the total figures respectively. Conclusions The lesion composition of CNS tumors in Changsha district revealed no significant disparity as compared with that reported abroad, but certain degree of similarity exists between the data of Changsha and those reported domestically.
