【摘要】 目的探讨米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析 80例使用米索前列醇引产的和 6 8例使用蓖麻油 +催产素引产的足月妊娠产妇临床资料。结果两组引产成功率分别为95 .2 5 %和 86 .72 % ,差异有显著性 ,米索组急产 ,羊水混浊 ,新生儿窒息发生率及因胎儿宫内窘迫行剖宫产者比例均高于催产素组 ,差异有显著性。结论米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产是有效的 ,但对母亲和胎儿有潜在不安全因素存在更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of misoprostol for induction of full term labor. Methods 80 cases of full term labor induced by misoprostol and 68 cases by oxytocin combined with castor oil were analyzed retrospectively. Results The success rates of labor induction in the two groups were 95.25% and 86.72 % respectively, with a significant difference; The rates of precipitate labor. meconium. neonatal asphyxia and cesarean section for intrauterine asphyxia in misoprostol group were higher than those in group of oxytocin plus castor oil, showing a significant difference between both. Conclusion Misoprostol is an efficacious agent in induction of full term labor, but its application faces the risk of potential unsafety in both mothers and fetuses.
