【摘要】 目的探讨呼吸道疾病患儿外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)CD2 3百分率的变化及临床意义。方法利用间接玫瑰花结法测定了 2 0例支气管肺炎患儿 (A组 )及 9例毛细支气管炎并心衰的重症肺炎患儿 (B组 )PBL的CD2 3 百分率 ,并用ELISA方法测定了B组血清总IgE水平。结果与正常对照组比较 ,A组CD2 3 百分率增高 ,且急性期患儿高于恢复期患儿。B组血清总IgE水平亦明显增高。结论PBL的CD2 3 百分率的变化可作为肺炎急性期以及重症肺炎的一项监测指标。B组患儿PBL的CD2 3 百分率和血清总IgE水平同时明显增高 ,表明Ⅰ型变态反应参与了该病发病过程。故治愈后 ,还应采取早期干预措施 ,使其发展为婴幼儿哮喘的机率大大降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of CD 23 antigen expression rate in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PRL) of children with respiratory tract infection and its clinical significance. Methods Using indirect rosette forming test, CD 23 antigen expression rate was detected in 20 cases of bronchopneumonia (Group A) and 9 cases of severe pneumonia complicated with bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure (Group B). The serum levels of total IgE in Group B were measured by ELISA. Results As compared with normal control, CD 23 antigen expression rate increased in Group A and it was higher in acute stage than recovery stage. Serum levels of total IgE also increased in Group B.Conclusions CD 23 expression rate in PBL can be used as a monitoring marker for the acute stage and severe cases of pneumonia. Because CD 23 expression rate in PBL and serum levels of total IgE are significantly increased in Group B, denoting that type I allergic reaction involves in the course of disease. Therefore, early interferring measures should be taken after its recovery to evidently reduce the probability of developing infantile asthma. [更多还原
