【摘要】 采用改进的间置空肠术处理难治性十二指肠溃疡 ,使手术简化、安全可靠。方法在残胃与十二指肠残端之间置一段长 18～2 0cm的近段空肠袢 ,与此同时将手术的程序改为Birollthe Ⅰ式。结果本组 33例恢复顺利 ,无并发症。结论此法可应用于所有难治性十二指肠球部溃疡 ,并易于推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo develop an improved method for the placement of jejunal segment between residuary stomach and duodenum in treating obstinate duodenal ulcer.It aimed at simplifying the operation and increasing its safety.MethodsA 18～20 cm proximal segment of jejunal loop was placed between residuary stomach and remnant duodenum.At the same time,the operation procedure was changed to Birollthe′s Ⅰ type.ResultsThirty-three cases subjected to operation recovered smoothly without complication.ConclusionsThis method can be used for treatment of obstinate ulcer on bulbar duodenum and be easily propagated.
