【摘要】 目的 :探讨高频超声对胃癌的诊断价值 ,提高胃癌的检出率及诊断符合率。方法 :对 62例经手术、胃镜活检病理证实的胃癌声象图进行分析。结果 :胃癌声象图的直接征象是胃壁的异常增厚、隆起 ,呈低回声 ,结构失常 ,形态不规则。转移征象表现为胃周围淋巴结转移、腹水、肝转移、Krukenberg瘤。本组超声诊断部位与手术证实基本符合。结论 :采用高频超声不仅可以提高进展期胃癌的检出率和诊断符合率 ,也可发现早期胃癌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography in detecting gastric carcinoma retrospectively. Method: Ultrasonographic study was carried out in 62 cases of gastric carcinoma confirmed by both surgery and pathological biopsy. Results: Direct signs of gastric cancer include abnormal thickening of and projections in the stomach wall, abnormal structure and irregular form of the stomach, which was characterized by sonolucent areas. Metastasis was indicated by the presence of epigastric lymphadenovarix, ascites, liver metastasis and Krukenberg’s tumor. The sites of ultrasonic diagnosis basically tallied with those of surgery. Conclusion: High frequency ultrasonography can not only improve the detecting rate and diagnostic coefficient rate of progressive gastric carcinoma but also help detect gastric cancer at the early stage.更多还原
