【摘要】 目的：观察润滑止痛胶对食管心房调搏检查时不适反应的作用。方法：采用润滑止痛胶法，对３８５例心律失常或可疑心律失常患者，行食管心房调搏检查。结果：①润滑止痛胶具有良好的润滑性，故易于食管电极导管插入食管。②润滑止痛胶有麻醉作用，可减少检查时插管反应和调搏反应。③润滑止痛胶可降低起搏阈值。④润滑止痛胶系一次性无菌制剂，检查时可避免交叉感染。结论：应用润滑止痛胶法，行食管心房调搏检查，方法简便，可减轻检查时的不适反应，易于患者接受，利于临床医生操作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of lubricate analgesic glue(LAG) for adverse reations that were caused by transesophageal atrial pacing(TEAP). Methods: Using LAG during TEAP in 385 patients with cardiac arrhythmias or suspicious cardiac arrhythmias. Results:①LAG made the esophageal electrode catheter insert into esophagus more easy because of its excellent lubricative characteristics; ②LAG could abate the abverse reactions when inserting catheter and pacemaker arosethetizing;③LAG could decrease the pacing threshold;④ LAG could avoid cross infection because it was a kind of germ-free medicine for one time use only. Conclusion: The LAG method is easy for TEMP examination and can abate adverse effects, so it can be accepted easily by patients and be conduce to operation.更多还原
