【摘要】 目的 :探讨囊腔内注射纤维硬化药物与手术切除治疗粘液腺囊肿的治疗效果 ,以便选择治疗粘液腺囊肿的最佳治疗方法。方法 :对 3 2例粘液腺囊肿患者囊腔内注射 2 %～ 4%碘酊与对照组 2 5例手术切除患者进行随访观察比较。结果 :囊腔内注射纤维硬化药物能治愈粘液腺囊肿 ,复发率明显低于手术组。结论 :囊腔内注射纤维硬化药物治疗粘液腺囊肿创伤小 ,费用低 ,取材方便 ,复发率低 ,无任何毒副作用 ,易于临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:?To observe the effect of injection fibroatrophy medicine and excision to treat cyst of mucous glands, so that get the best method to treat it. Methods:32 cases of cyst of mucous glands were injected with 2%～4% iodine tincture and 25 cases were operated, then follow up study was carried out. Results:?Injecting fibroatrophy medicine into the cavity of cyst of mucous glands could cure the disease and had low recurrence.
