【摘要】 目的 :验证采用脉动真空高压灭菌器是否能够使凡士林纱布达到灭菌效果。方法 :将嗜热脂肪杆菌片及 1cm× 1cm纱布标本 ,与凡士林液体充分接触后 ,直接并排放在每盒的上、中、下三个部位 ,在灭菌柜的上中、中中、下排汽口三个不同位置各放一盒 ,进行灭菌 ,进行了 3 0次共 2 70个点的灭菌效果监测试验。结果 :灭菌后经细菌培养及嗜热脂肪杆菌培养 ,全部为阴性。结论 :只要严格遵守各项操作规程及注意事项 ,此方法是能达到灭菌目的的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To test the sterilizing effects of petroda by pulsating vacuum autoclave in our hospital. Methods: The slices of B stearothermophilus and gauze sample of 1 cm× 1cm were put into vaseline liquid and then directly laid in the upper middle and lower paxt of tach box and separetly we placed a box in the upper middle medium middle and lower exhaust mouth of the sterilization cabinet to sterilize we have done 270 points monitoring tests of sterilizing effects in 30 times.Results: After sterilization all showecl negative by bacterium cultivating and B sterothor mophilus cultivating.Conclusion: This has proved that we can sterilize by this way as long as we strictly follow the rules of operation and points for attention.更多还原
