【摘要】 目的 :探讨异位妊娠保守治疗的适应证和效果。方法 :采用甲氨喋呤 (MTX)单次肌注和分次肌注 ,用甲酰四氢叶酸 (CF)解毒。 5 0例观察对象随机分成两组 ,Ⅰ组 2 5例采用单次用药 ,Ⅱ组 2 5例采用分次用药 ,定期测血B hCG。结果 :Ⅰ组 2 0例 ( 80 % )获得成功 ,Ⅱ组中 2 1例 ( 84% )获得成功。两组间无显著差异。结论 :MTX治疗异位妊娠疗效肯定。早期诊断、严格掌握保守治疗指证及时治疗是成功的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:?The efficacy and indication of conservative treatment for ectopic pregnancy were investigated.Methods:?50 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in groups Ⅰ were treated by single dose intramuscular injection methotrexate,25 cases in groups Ⅱ were by interval dose.The serum β hCG was monitored regularly.Results:?20 cases in group Ⅱ(84%)were success fully difference( P >0 05) Conclusion:?Early diagnosis and strict treatment are the keys to succesful management.更多还原
