笼状双环磷酸脂的戊酸酯及己酸酯衍生物的合成
Synthesis of pentanoate and hexanoate of caged bicyclic phosphate
【摘要】 目的 :合成笼状双环磷酸酯的戊酸酯及己酸酯衍生物。方法 :用氯仿作溶剂 ,在浴温条件下 ,4 羟甲基笼状双环磷酸酯分别与戊酰氯、己酰氯发生酰化反应。结果 :元素分析及红外光谱数据证实产物为笼状双环磷酸酯的戊酸酯及己酸酯。结论 :该合成方法简单易行 ,产率高
【Abstract】 Aim:To sythesize pentanoate and hexanoate of caged bicyclic phosphate.Methods:Chloroform being solvent,under bath heat,4 hydroxymethyl caged bicyclic phosphate acylated with pentanoyl chloride and hexanoyl chloride dividedly.Results:Element analysis and IR data certified the products.Conclusion:The synthetic method is easily operated and high yield is achieved.
