间日疟原虫在郑州中华按蚊体内的易感性和发育过程

【摘要】 目的:了解郑州中华按蚊感染间日疟原虫后,疟原虫在其体内的易感性和发育过程。方法:以羊膜饲 血法供郑州中华按蚊吸食间日疟患者血液,养殖饱吸血液的雌蚊,定期解剖观察疟原虫在体内的生长与发育。结 果:疟原虫雌、雄配子体在其胃内 15 min即发育成熟,45 min结合为动合子,26h动合子发育成熟,48 h胃壁出现囊 合子,7-8 d子孢子即已进入唾液腺。胃囊合子阳性率为26.4%,腺阳性率为 19.4%,总阳性率为45.8%,从第7 d 起有少量子孢子进入唾液腺,8d后进腺率显著增高,子孢子进腺过程是分批的连续过程,不是同步的。结论:郑州 中华按蚊对间日疟易感性较高,吸间日疟原虫配子体阳性血液后7-8d即可传播疟疾。

【Abstract】 Aim:To study the susceptibility and growth process of Plasmodium vivax in the body of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou.Methods: Female mosquitoes were raised with blood with lasmodium vivax in it. These mosquitoes were anatomized at fixed time for observation. Results: In the stomach of Anopheles sinensis, the female and male gametophytes became maturity in the 5th minute and integrate into ookinete in the 45th minute, the ookinetes became maturity at the 26th hour, the cystizygotes emerged in the stomachic wall at the 48th hour. The sporozoites entered the salivary gland on the 7th or 8th day. The positive rate of the stomachic cystizygotes was 26.4039%, the glandulous positive rate was 19. 4337 %, and the total positive rate was 45.9267%. From the 7th day, there were few sporozoites enter the glands, more sporozoites entered the glands singificantly on the 8th day, which showed that the sporozoites entered the glands were group by group, continuous and not simultaneously.Conclu- sion: Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou has high susceptibility on Tertian malaria, and can transmit malaria on the 7th -8th day after sucking positive blood with Plasmodium vivax. So the potential capacity of malaria transmission of Anopheles sinensis Zhengzhou is very strong.
