【摘要】 目的：探讨不同地理株（株）的中华按蚊生殖、存活等生物学特性是否相同。方法：采用定量研究的方 法，同时同条件下对不同株的中华按蚊进行相同的定量研究。结果：求出郑州、上海、福建株中华按蚊存活和生殖 特性值，对其各对应值进行了显著性检验。３株中华按蚊生殖、存活特性非常接近，相互之间差异无显著性（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论：提示在条件相同情况下，不同株中华按蚊的种群数量变动一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To probe whether the biological characteristics of reproduction and survival of Anopheles sinensis in different geographical strains were same.Methods:The same method of quantitative research on Anopheles sinensis in different geographical strains at the same conditions was simltaneously carried out.Results:The characteristic values of reproduction and survival of Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou, Shanghai and Fujian were figured out, and the survival and reproductive curves of Anopheles sinen- sis were drawn up. Significance of each corresponding values was tested.The characteristics of reproduction and survival of Anophe- les sinensis in the three areas are very closed,having no significant differences (P > 0.05).Conclusion: It can be explained that the changes of population number of Anopheles sinensis in different areas are identical at the same conditions.更多还原
