正常成人和成体大鼠气管软骨组织动力学观察

【摘要】 目的 :观察正常成人和成体大鼠气管软骨的组织动力学。方法 :应用细胞生物学方法、衰老相关 β 半乳糖苷酶组织化学染色和增殖细胞核抗原免疫组织化学方法 ,研究正常成人和正常成体大鼠气管软骨组织动力学。结果 :软骨细胞呈现多种方式的无丝分裂像 ;气管软骨膜与软骨周围带多见细胞增生 ;气管软骨中央带多见衰老的软骨细胞 ,并见明显核固缩、核碎裂等细胞凋亡形态学特征。结论 :从软骨膜最外层致密结缔组织到成熟软骨组织呈现一个连续的组织演化动力学过程 ;气管软骨组织适应性再生的细胞来源是软骨膜结缔组织细胞

【Abstract】 Aim: To study the histodynamics of the normal tracheal cartileage. Methods: cell biological assay, histochemical staining of senescence associated β galactosidase and immunohistochemical staining of proliferating cell nuclear antigen were used. Results: chondrocytes exhibited various types of amitotic figures. The proliferating cells were mainly distributed in the perichondrium and the peripheral zone of tracheal cartilage. The senescent chondrocytes were distributed in the central zone where apoptotic morphological characteristics obviously appeared, such as pyknosis, karyorrhexis. Conclusion: The evolution from dense connective tissue of perichondrial outmost layer to mature cartilaginous tissue showed a continuous evolving histokinetic process. The tracheal perichondrium was the originating site of adaptive cartilage regeneration.
