【摘要】 目的 :探讨肺癌发生发展过程中cJun、cFos表达水平。方法 :收集 42例人肺癌标本 ,其中 10例可观察到肺癌癌前病变组织 ,运用免疫组织化学的方法 ,研究cJun、cFos在上述组织中的表达水平。结果 :42例肺癌组织中cJun、cFos的阳性表达率分别为 83.2 %和 5 9.5 % ,其中鳞癌为 88.0 %和 5 6 .0 % ,腺癌为 6 9.2 %和 5 3.8% ,小细胞肺癌均为 10 0 .0 %。正常肺组织cJun、cFos表达阴性。在 4例癌前组织中 ,cJun表达为 75 % ;9例癌前病变组织中 ,cFos表达为 77.8%。结论 :在肺癌组织中 ,有cJun、cFos的高表达 ,同时 ,cJun的表达可能介导肺癌的促癌过程更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: The level of cJun and cFos were investigated in process of occurring and developing in lung cancer. Methods: The tissues were collected of 42 cases with lung cancer and 10 cases with pre carcinoma. The expression levels of cJun and cFos were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results: In lung cancer, the positive rates of cJun and cFos were 83.2% and 59.5%, including: 88.0% and 56.0 % in squamous carcinoma, 69.2% and 53.8% in adenocarcinoma, both 100% in small cell lung cancer. The negative expression was in lung tissues. The cJun expressions were 3/4 in four pre carcinoma tissues,the cFos expressions were 7/9 in nine pre carcinoma tissues. Conclusion: There were high expressions of cJun and cFos in lung cancer tissues, and cJun expression may involve in the growth of lung cancer.更多还原
