微粒化非诺贝特对高脂血症患者血脂及纤维蛋白原的影响
Effects of fenofibrate micronised on lipid and fibrinogen in the blood
【摘要】 目的 :观察微粒化非诺贝特调脂作用及对血浆纤维蛋白原的影响。方法 :76例原发性高脂血症患者给予微粒化非诺贝特 2 0 0mg ,1次 /d ,疗程 8周。结果 :治疗 8周后血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血浆纤维蛋白原显著低于治疗前水平 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :微粒化非诺贝特能有效降低高血脂 ,对降低纤维蛋白原也有一定作用。
【Abstract】 Aim:To observe the effects of fenofibrate micronised on levels of lipid and fibrinogen in the blood. Methods:76 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were treated with fenofibrate micronised,200 mg a day,for 8 weeks. Results: Levels of triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CH),low density lipoprotein(LDL),fibrinogen in the blood reduced significantly after 8 weeks treatment( P <0.01 or P <0.05),and high density lipoproteins(HDL)had a significant elevation( P <0.05).Conclusion:Fenofibrate may significantly decrease lipid levels of hyperlipidemia and has effection on reduction of fibrinogen,too.
