内折香茶菜乙素抗肿瘤作用的实验研究
Study on the antitumor effect of Rabdosia Inflexusin B(Thundkundo)
【摘要】 目的 :研究内折香茶菜乙素 (以下简称内折乙素 )对动物移植性肿瘤的作用以及对机体免疫状态的影响。方法 :以动物移植性肿瘤艾氏腹水癌 (ECA)、肉瘤 180 (S180 )、肝癌 (HCA)、Lewis肺癌为模型 ,以 5 Fu为阳性对照组 ,以生理盐水为阴性对照组 ,观察 12 5mg/kg和 2 5mg/kg内折乙素的抗肿瘤作用 ,并采用小鼠溶血素实验和小鼠迟发性变态反应实验观察内折乙素对机体免疫状态的影响。结果 :内折乙素与阴性对照组相比在体外对ECA肿瘤细胞有较强的杀伤力 ,在体内对S180实体型和腹水型肿瘤 ,HCA实体型和腹水型肿瘤以及Lewis肺癌实体型肿瘤均有较强的抑瘤作用 ,与阳性对照组相比 ,对机体免疫状态无明显影响。结论 :内折乙素具有较强的抗肿瘤作用 ,且对机体免疫状态无明显影响。
【Abstract】 Aim:To study the effects of Rabdosia Inflexusin B on transplanted tumors and the immunological influence in mice.Methods:The antitumor effects of Inflexusin B in 12.5 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg dosage on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(ECA),Sarcoma180(S180),hepatoma carcinoma (HCA),and Lewis lung carcinoma(Lewis)were investigated by using the inplanted tumor animal models.The immunological effects were observed by using hemolysin and delayed hypersensitive tests in mice.The 5 Fu was used as positive control and the normal saline as blank control.Results:It showed that Inflexusin B had significant cytotoxicity against ECA cell in vitro and had high antitumor activity against S180 solid and ascites,HCA solid and ascites and Lewis solid in vivo when compared with the blank control.There was no prominent influence of Inflexusin on immunological state of the animals when compared with 5 Fu。Conclusion:Infexusin B has relative high potent antitumor effect and no obvious influence on immunological state of the animals.
