【摘要】 目的 :探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因KAI1与乳腺癌转移的相关性。方法 :运用原位杂交法观察KAI1mRNA在转移性和非转移性乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果 :在无淋巴结转移的 12例乳腺癌病例中KAI1mRNA阳性表达为 9例 ,有淋巴结转移的 8例中阳性表达 1例。前者阳性率显著高于后者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :KAI1基因的低表达或不表达可能是某些高转移潜能乳腺癌的特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To study the correlation of KAI1 gene with metastatic behavior of breast cancer Methods:Expressions of KAI1 gene were observed by using in situ hybridization Results:Of 12 cases without lymph node metastasis, 9 had positive staining of KAI1 mRNA,and of 8 cases with lymph node metastasis,1 showed positive expression The former was more than the latter( P <0 05) Conclusion:No or reduced expressions of KAI1 gene may be a feature of some breast cancers with high metastatic potential更多还原
