【摘要】 目的 :观察急性脑梗死患者血浆GMP 140及血小板聚集的动态变化。方法 :分别于发病 72h ,治疗 1周 ,4周时采集静脉血 ,测定急性脑梗死患者血浆GMP 140和血小板聚集。结果 :脑梗死急性期血浆GMP 140明显升高 ,尤以并发冠心病者更为显著 ,但治疗 4周后 ,无并发症患者的血浆GMP 140水平明显下降 ,而并发糖尿病者其均值反高于急性期。血小板聚集在治疗前后变化不大。结论 :血浆GMP 140较血小板聚集更能反映血小板活化的特异性更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To approach the dynamic change of acute cerebral infarction,plasma GMP 140 and platelet aggregation.Methods:Cord blood samples from 72 hours,treatment one week and four weeks,and determined plasma GMP 140 and platelet aggregation at acute cerebral infarction.Results:An apparent rise in the content of plasma GMP 140 at the acute stage of cerebral infarction,especially in cases with complicated coronary heart disease.After four weeks of treatment,there was a marked drop of plasma GMP 140 in cases without complication in those with complicated diabetes.The average value was higher than that at acute stage.At same time,there was little change in the platelet aggregation thoughout the treatment.Conclusion:The rise in the agreement between the content of plasma GMP 140 and the degree of platelet aggeration reflects.To a certain extent,the degree of destruction in the platelets of the body.Moreover,compared with platelet aggregation,plasma GMP 140 has greater distinction in platelet activation.更多还原
