水果保鲜剂的研究现状与发展前景

【摘要】 本文概述了水果保鲜剂的研制现状,并根据水果保鲜剂的种类,阐述了保鲜剂的应用范围。同时展望了水果保鲜剂的发展前景。

【Abstract】 The essay gives a general present state of the research on fruit preservatives.Based on the classification of these agents The authors also explain the range of their application and at the same time look foward to the future of this field in the essay.
