水乳型磷酸铝除锈防锈性能及成膜机理研究
Rust-resisting and Rust-preventing Properties and Film-forming Mechanism of Water-softening Aluminum Phosphorate
【摘要】 研究了水乳型磷酸铝的防锈作用和防锈性能 .根据系统研究结果 ,认为磷酸铝含量大于 4 0 %时 ,防锈膜与基底钢铁制件结合牢固、平整、光洁 ,包埋在基质膜中的生物活性分子与面漆产生牢固的化学键合力
【Abstract】 Reported the rust-preventing action and property of water-softening aluminum phosphorate. After systematic exploitation, It was fo und tha t when the amount of aluminum phosphorate was over 40%, the combination between rust-preventing film and steel(iron) matrix was tight, homogeneous and shining. Tight chemical bonding was produced between biologically active moleculars embe dded in matrix film and surface paint.
