不同温度条件下温敏核不育水稻雄性不育的细胞学观察

【摘要】 昼 /夜 2 4℃ /2 2℃的温度处理下 ,小孢子发育正常 . 2 9℃ /2 6℃的温度处理下 ,部分减数分裂出现异常 ,小孢子败育主要发生在单核期 ,开花时镜检为典败 .日均温在 30℃以上高温条件下 ,小孢子母细胞发育到中、晚期出现败育 ,开花时镜检为无花粉型败育 .结果表明 ,小孢子发育的不同时期对温度的敏感性不同 ,其中减数分裂期对温度最敏感 .

【Abstract】 The microspore developed well at the temperature of 24?℃/22?℃ (day/night), meiosis of part of microspore mother cells occurred abnormally, at the temperature of 29?℃/26?℃, and their spores abortion occurred mainly at mononuclear stage, mature pollen is of typical abortion. Microspore mother cell became abortive at middle or late stage under treatment with average temperature of above 30?℃,belonged to non pollen type abortion. The result showed the sensitivity of microspore to temperature at different development stage is different, the microspore at the stage of meiosis is most sensitive to temperature.
