固体超强酸TiO2/SO42-催化合成丙酸苄酯
Synthesis of Benzyl Propionate by Solid Superacid TiO2/SO42-
【摘要】 以固体超强酸 Ti O2 /SO2 - 4 为催化剂 ,环己烷为带水剂 ,合成了丙酸苄酯 .考察了催化剂制备 ,催化剂用量 ,原料配比 ,反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响 ,其最佳反应条件为 :醇酸摩尔比 1∶ 3,催化剂用量 1 g,反应时间 1 .5h,反应温度 95~ 1 1 0℃ ,酯化率达到 88% .
【Abstract】 Benzyl propionate was synthesized with TiO 2/SO 2- 4 as catalyst and cyclohexane as dehydration. Effects of catalyst preparation, raw material ratio, amount of catalyst and reaction time on the esterification ratio of benzyl propionate were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions:alcohol/acid mole ratio 1:3, amount of catalyst 1g, reaction time 1.5h, reation temperature 95~110℃. The ratio of esterification was 88% under the optimal reaction conditions.
