CO2激光器内工作气体再生的催化剂研究
Studies on Catalysts for Recycling the Working Gases in CO2 Laser
【摘要】 本研究采用共沉淀方法制备出四种催化剂 ,Cu Mn1 .36 OX、Ce/ Cu Mn1 .36 Ox、Au/ Cu Mn1 .36 Ox 和 Au-Ce/ Cu Mn1 .36 Ox.在 2 0 0℃时 ,对催化剂进行了 6h的氧气氛处理 ;用扫描电镜和比表面测定对催化剂进行了表征 ;考察了催化剂对 CO氧化反应的催化活性 .结果表明 ,在 Cu Mn1 .36 Ox 中掺入稀土元素 Ce大大增加了催化剂的比表面 ,Au在催化剂表面的分散度越高其活性越好 ,氧气氛中处理 6h的 Au-Ce/ Cu Mn1 .36 Ox 对 CO氧化反应的催化活性最好 .
【Abstract】 Four kinds of catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation ,i.e.,CuMn 1.36 Ox、 Ce/CuMn 1.36 Ox、Au/CuMn 1.36 Ox and Au-Ce/CuMn 1.36 Ox . Oxygen atmosphere treatment were performed to the catalysts for 6 hours at the temperature of 200℃ .The solid structure and surface were characterized by SEM and RSD (Ratio Surface Determination ). The catalytic activities to the oxidation of CO were investigated . It was found that the addition of rare earth Ce has increased the specific surface of the catalysts greatly .The higher the dispersity of Au in the surface, the better were the catalytic activities. Au-Ce/CuMn 1.36 Ox ’s catalytic activity to the oxidation of CO is the best.
