【Abstract】 This paper considers the robust H ∞ control problem of uncertain linear descriptor sysytems with time varying norm bounded parameter uncertainty.A necessary and sufficient condition for an uncertain linear descriptor system to be regular,stable and impulse free and to satisfy and H ∞ norm condition with a prescribed level is given in terms of linear matrix inequalites.更多还原
