【摘要】 观察72例脑梗死患者，合并心电图（ECG）改变59例，占81．9％。腔隙性脑梗死及脑血栓ECG以窦性心动过速及占室肥厚劳损多见，脑栓塞以心房纤颤多见。CT与ECG对照发现，额顶叶大面积梗塞80%ECG正常，颞顶叶大面积梗塞灶ECG均提示心房纤颤。指出ECG改变与脑梗塞死型及部位相关。本级9例脑栓塞均由心房纤颤及心肌梗死引起，积极防治心脏病可减少脑血管病的发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to lood for the reletionship between ECG and acute cerebral infarction. Methods: By analysing electrocardiogram (ECG) of 72 cases cerebral infarction patients. All of the patients are examined by ECG and CT. Results: It was found that ECG of 81 .9%(59 cases) cerebral infarction patients was abnormal. The sinus tachycardia and the left ventricular hpertrophy were the most common in lacunar infarction nd cerebral thrombosis. The atrial fibrillation was the most common in cerebral embolism. CT compared with ECG, the results showed that ECG was normal in 80% large infarction of forehead vertex lobe. The atrial fibrillation was foun in all those of temporal vertex lobes. All tha patients with cerebral embolism (9 cases )were resuled by the atrial fibrillation and myocardial infarction. Conslution: ECG change may be related to the type and the position of infarction. It suggested that prevention and treatment of the heart diseases may reduce morbidity of cerebral vaseular diseases.更多还原
