【摘要】 以观赏植物绿巨人的茎尖为外植体，采用不同的培养基配方，研究绿巨人的快速繁殖技术．结果表明：ＭＳ＋６－ＢＡ（３．０ ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）＋ＮＡＡ（０．５ ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）对诱导愈伤组织和促进芽的分化效果最好，芽分化数最多；不同浓度的ＬａＣｌ３可提高芽的增殖率，并促进芽生长；而ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ（０．５ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）＋ＡＣ（０．２ ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）则促进根的分化和生长．更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid propagation of Spathiphyllum palls with the stem tip as a explants was studied. The results showed that MS + 6 - BA(3. 0 mg· L- １ ) + NAA(0. 5mg· L- 1 ) is the optimal culture medium for callus induction and differentiation of buds. The medium of MS + NAA (0. 5 mg· L- 1 ) + AC (0. 2 mg· L- 1 )is the best for the differentiation and growth of roots, and LbCl3 in different concentration can promote budding and growth.更多还原
