【摘要】 旋扭山绿豆是一种优良的豆科牧草 ,在遮荫条件下能正常生长 ,阳生和阴生条件下植株的粗蛋白含量均在 2 0 %以上 两种生境下植株的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、无氮浸出物及灰分含量无明显差异 ,氨基酸种类和含量也基本相同 ,必需氨基酸齐全 旋扭山绿豆胡萝卜素和抗坏血酸含量较高 ,阳生条件下二者的含量均比阴生的高 总体来看 ,阴生条件下旋扭山绿豆的营养成分与阳生条件下无明显差异 ,可在果树下种植更多还原

【Abstract】 Desmodium intortum (Mill) urb is a high quality legume herbage. It can grow normally under shading condition. The content of crude protein is above 20% both in sunny-treatment and shade-treatment. There are little obvious differences for the contents of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, non-nitrogenous extractant and ars in the plant under such two kinds of environment. The kinds and contents of amino acid are almost the same, and essential amino acid is in a complete variety. The contents of carotene and vitamin C are higher under sunny condition than those under shading condition. In a short, the nutritional components in Desmodium intortum under shade-treatment differ little from those under sunny-treatment. It can grow under fruit tree.更多还原
