【Abstract】 The transformants were selected according to the morphological, agronomic and quality characters after Bt toxic protein gene had been transferred successfully into double low rapeseed (Brassica napus) cultivar Xiangyou 13.The stable transgenic rapeseed lines were bred. The new lines were identical to the recipent parent Xiangyou 13 except slightly larger and lighter leaves at the early stages and stronger insect resistance at the seedling stage.更多还原
