盾叶薯蓣组织培养及微块茎的离体诱导

【摘要】 用 3种不同的繁殖技术进行盾叶薯蓣组织培养 ,其中以离体诱导微块茎的形成为最有效的方法 .BA与 KT质量浓度分别为 4.0~ 8.0 ,1 .0~ 2 .0 mg/ L时 ,最有利于盾叶薯蓣微块茎的形成 ,将之接种到含有 NAA的培养基上后易生根形成小植株
【Abstract】 Three rapid propagational procedures in culture of Dioscorea zingiberensis C.H.Wright were established.The results show that microtuberization is the most effect way of all.When BA’s and KT’s concentrations are 4.0~8.0 mg/L and 1.0~2.0 mg/L respectively, Dioscorea zingiberensis’s microtuber has the optimum conditions.It cultivates plantets easily after inocubulated in NAA medium.
