改善钨渣合金磨球材质的新工艺
A New Technology of Improving Material Quality of Grinding Ball Made of Tungsten Slag Iron Alloy
【摘要】 采用复合变质的方法结合相应热处理 ,开发出价廉、生产工艺简单的钨渣合金磨球应用表明 ,成本比高铬磨球降低 1 0 %左右 ,耐磨性能提高 1 0 %~ 2 0 % .
【Abstract】 By using the method of compund modification combined with heat treatment,a new type of wearresistant material tungsten slag iron alloy which is of low cost and simple processing is produced. The grinding balls made of the new material can meet the need in mining,metallary,architectural engineering,communication,etc. In the application,the cost of this grinding balls decreases by 10% while its wear resistance increases by 10%~20%,campared with high chromiun grinding balls.
