辣椒耐热性与叶片质膜透性及几种生化物质含量的关系
Relations of the Permeability of Plasma Membrane of Leaves and the Contents of Several Biochemical Matter to Heat Tolerance of Pepper
【摘要】 :以耐热性不同的 3个辣椒品种湘研 1 ,5 ,8号为试材 ,测定在自然高温条件下叶片的质膜透性、丙二醛 (MDA )与脯氨酸 (Pro)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)与过氧化物酶 (POX)活性 .结果表明 ,品种间上述指标存在明显差异 .辣椒耐热性与电解质外渗率和 MDA含量呈负相关 ;与 SOD和 POX活性以及 Pro含量呈正相关 .电解质外渗率和上述 4种物质的含量可作为辣椒耐热性鉴定的指标
【Abstract】 Xiangyan No.1 (Capsicum frutescens L.),Xiangyan No.5 (C.frutescens L.) and Xiangyan No.8 (C.frutescens L.) were used to investigate the factors influencing heat tolerance of pepper.The results obtained from the determination of plasmolemma osmosis,contents of MDA and proline,activities of SOD and POX showed that the osmotic rate of electrolyte and contents of MDA in leaves were negatively related with heat tolerance of pepper,while the activities of SOD and POX,and content of proline in leaves were positively related with heat tolerance of pepper.It was suggested that the osmotic rate of electrolyte,contents of MDA and proline,and activities of SOD and POX in leaves could be used as index for the heat tolerance determinationof pepper.
