【摘要】 为了寻找通过超干胚浸泡法已经将湘棉 12号 DNA导入苎麻湘苎 3号基因组中的分子证据 ,对所产生的变异后代进行了 RAPD验证 .所用 80个随机引物中 ,有 6个引物检测出变异材料 97- 2 4与受体的 DNA多态性 ,3个引物检测出变异材料 97- 2 8与受体的多态性 ,4个引物检测出变异材料 97- 4与受体的多态性 ,并且有 2个引物在变异后代中扩增出供体特异带 .这些结果说明棉花 DNA导入苎麻后引起了后代基因组的变异 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Offsprings derived from introducing cotton “Xiangmian 12” DNA into ramie “Xiangzhu 3” through soaking superdried seed embryo were assayed with RAPD. Of the 80 arbitrary primers used,products of 6 primers were detected to have polymorphism between offspring 97 24 and its recipient,and those of 3 between 97 28 and recipient,those of 4 between 97 4 and recipient,respectively. Meanwhile,there were 2 primers that amplified specific DNA bands only existing in offsprings and the donor. These results showed that cotton DNA induced the variances in genome of ramie.更多还原
