羟基聚合氯化铝铁的化合形态分布转化模型(英文)
A Species Distribution and Transformation Model for Hydroxyl Polymeric Aluminum-ferric Chloride
【摘要】 采用改进的Al_Fe_Ferron逐时络合比色法定量研究了HPAFC的化合形态分布与转化 ,结合酸解聚实验和酸反滴定实验结果 ,描述了其形态分布特征 .结果表明HPAFC的化合形态主要决定于n(Al)∶n(Fe)比值、碱度值和陈化时间 ,并且可划分成三个主要化合形态分布区 ,即单体和二聚体 [Al+Fe]a、中间多核羟基络合物 [Al+Fe]b 和溶胶态 [Al+Fe]c,而且它们之间可相互直接转化 .当n(Al)∶n(Fe) >5∶5时 ,[A1+Fe]a 和 [A1+Fe]b 为主要化合形态 ;除了 [A1+Fe]b 之外 ,[Al +Fe]a 和 [Al +Fe]c 随n(Al)∶n(Fe)减小而增大 .最后提出了HPAFC的化合形态分布与转化模型 .
【Abstract】 The species distribution and transformation of typical Hydroxyl Polymeric Aluminum_Ferric Chloride (HPAFC) was investigated by the improved A1_Fe_Ferron methods in conjunction with the acid depolymerization methods and the acid reverse titration methods under the condition that the ratios of n (Al)∶ n (Fe) of HPAFC were 9∶1 and 5∶5. The results show that the species distribution mainly depended upon n (Al)∶ n (Fe), basicity (B) and aging time. The HPAFC can be classified into three kinds of major species such as {Al+Fe} a, {Al+Fe} b and {Al+Fe} c, which could transform each other directly. When the n (Al)∶ n (Fe) of HPAFC was more than 5∶5, the {Al+Fe} a and the {Al+Fe} b became dominant species with the increase of the B value; the [Al+Fe] a and [Al+Fe] c content except [Al+Fe] b increased with the decrease of n (Al)∶ n (Fe). A species distribution and transformation model for HPAFC is proposed also in this paper.
