金属离子在高温过氧化氢漂白中的影响与控制(英文)
Influence and Control of Metal Ions: An Investigation into High Temperature Peroxide Bleaching
【摘要】 研究了纸浆中通常存在的金属离子对硫酸盐法美国南方松氧脱木素浆高温过氧化氢漂白结果的影响以及对金属离子的控制方法.比较了锰,铜,铁,钙等离子对浆料白度,粘度及卡伯值的相关性和有关的变化规律.实验证明采用(AQ)预处理方式和漂白中使用适量的螯合剂DTMPA可以有效控制金属离子的负面影响,在过氧化氢用量4%时可使漂浆白度从27.4%ISO提高到80%ISO以上,漂浆质量得到明显改善.
【Abstract】 AbstractAbstractAbstract: Transition metal ions play an important role in high temperature hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Manganese decreased the pulp brightness quite significantly without decreasing the viscosity. Copper did not have a big impact on the brightness, but it decreased the viscosity obviously. The addition of both ferric and ferrous to the pulp did not affect the brightness obviously, but caused a decrease in the viscosity. Three different strategies (QP, AP and (AQ)P) can be used to control the metal profile in the pulp. A brightness of 81 +% ISO can be achieved using the (AQ)P sequence with 4% hydrogen peroxide.
