非线性变质量系统双质体自同步长距离水平振动输送机的研制
The Non-linear Srudy of Shifting Quality System Horizontal Vibrating Transporter Double plastid Self Synchroniaing Long distance
【摘要】 在原普通水平振动输送机的基础上 ,经过市场与现场调研 ,应用非线性振动理论、微弯等截面梁的弯曲振动理论、最优化理论、近共振理论及 CAD技术 ,研制出振动机械新产品 ,该产品与国内外同类产品相比具有重量轻、体积小、节能、低噪、高效的特点 ,是一个极具发展前景推广与应用价值的高新技术产品
【Abstract】 This product is made based on previously ordinary horizontal vibrating Transporter through the research about market and using the non linear vibrating theory of section beam,theory of optimiaztion and theory of nearly resonant vibration and CAD technology.Compared with same products home and abrosd,the product characterizes light weight,small volume,energy saving,lownoise and great effect.It is a hi tech product which has bright futre and wide application.
