【Abstract】 With glutin and Arabic gelatin gum for the membrane material and jasmine essence for the core, microcapsules are prepared in this experiment through complex coacervation. Different reaction conditions, such as temperature, the amount of the core and membrane and pH value, have corresponding effects on the size of the capsule and the membrane thickness according to the experiment.更多还原
