预氧丝原位炭化无粘结剂C/C复合材料工艺研究
On the Technology of PAN OF In-situ Carbonization Binderless C/C Composites
【摘要】 从简化工艺、降低成本的目的出发 ,研究了以生石油焦为基体材料、以廉价的 PAN-OF(聚丙烯腈预氧丝 )代替 CF作为增强纤维 ,不加粘结剂直接成型再原位炭化制备高性能 C/C复合材料的可行性 .实验表明 ,这种新工艺具有原材料便宜 ,工艺流程短 ,操作简单等特点 ,有大幅度降低C/C复合材料制造成本的潜力 .
【Abstract】 With the aim to simplify the technology and decrease the cost,the feasibility to manufacture C/C composites from green cokes as matrix and PAN OF as reinforced fiber,which is much cheaper than PAN CF,binderless molding and then in situ carbonizing has been studied in this paper.Experiments show that the new technology is characterized by rather cheap raw materials,short producing period and easy execution,and having great potential to decrease the product cost of C/C composites effectively.
