TiC/ZA43复合材料耐磨性能的试验研究
Experimental Study on Friction wear Properties of TiC/ZA43 Composites
【摘要】 采用原位接触反应法制备了 Ti C/ ZA4 3复合材料 ,并对其在干摩擦和预先滴油润滑条件下的摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究 ,同时还用扫描电子显微镜对试样磨损表面形貌进行了观察 ,进而对材料的磨损机理作了分析与讨论 .结果表明 ,随着 Ti C质量分数的增大 ,Ti C/ ZA4 3复合材料的耐磨性能提高 .ZA4 3合金的磨损机理是以严重的犁削和粘着磨损为主 ,而 Ti C/ ZA4 3复合材料的磨损机理则以轻微的犁削和氧化磨损为主 .
【Abstract】 TiC/ZA43 composites were prepared by means of direct contract reaction method,and their friction wear properties were investigated under the condition of dry fricition,predrop oil lubrication.At the same time,the morphologies of wear surfaces were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and then the wear mechanisms of those materials were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the wear resistance of TiC/ZA43 composites is improved with the increase of TiC content.The wear mechanism of ZA43 alloy is mainly the severe ploughing groove and adhesion,and that of TiC/ZA43 composites is mainly the slight ploughing groove and oxidation.
