制备双氯灭痛的新工艺研究
Studies on the New Preparation of Dichlofenac Sodium
【摘要】 以 N-苯基 - 2 ,6-二氯苯胺为起始原料 ,经酰胺化、环合、水解开环得目标产物 ,总收率达 74%.工艺简单 ,产品质量好 ,可较大幅度降低成本 .
【Abstract】 The new process,from the starting material N phenyl 2,6 dichloroaniline through chloroacetylation,cyclization and hydrolysis,gained 73 % total yield.It is comparably simple,with better quality of the product and much lower costs.
