含共轭三键的聚合物的掺杂机理和导电特性的研究
The Doping Mechanism and Conductive Character for Polymers with Conjugated Triple Bond
【摘要】 以聚丁 (对甲苯硫酸 ) - 2 ,4-已炔 - 1 ,6-二醇酯 [poly( bis( p-toluene sulphonate) ester of2 ,4- hexadiyne- 1 ,6- diol) ]( PDA- TS)为例 ,探讨了含共轭三键的聚合物的掺杂和导电特性的研究 ,对其微观掺杂机制 ,在比较现有的掺杂模型的基础上 ,提出了新的掺杂模型
【Abstract】 Taking poly(bis(p toluene sulphonate)ester of 2,4 hexadiyne 1,6 diol)(PDA TS) as example,the doping mechanism and conductive character for polymers with conjugated triple bond were studied in this paper.After comparing presented doping models of polymers,we analyzed micro doping physics process and presented a new doping model.In the light of this doping model,the conductive character of polymers with conjugated triple bond was investigated,and able to explain expermental facts very well.
